Art. 1 Any person who has been a Legacy Med patient at least once in the past can become a Legacy Ambassador.

Art. 2 The campaigns are not cumulative. A patient who benefited from the First Time @ Legacy Campaign can only become a Legacy Ambassador after the second visit.

Art. 3 When a Legacy Med patient makes an appointment for a person and he shows up for the appointment, he can request the Legacy Ambassador card.

Art. 4 The card will be loaded with points, as follows: every 100 euros paid by the recommended person represents 10 points.

Art. 5 Each 10 points represents 5 euros.

Art. 6 The Legacy Ambassador can request the accumulated money in cash at the Legacy Reception (eg: if the patient scheduled by the Ambassador paid 300 euros, this amount represents 30 points or 15 euros).

Art. 7 If the Ambassador wishes to keep the points, they will double into money for new procedures. Thus, with 100 accumulated points, she can have procedures worth 200 euros.

Art. 8 If there are payment differences between the amounts in euros to be paid and the amounts paid in points, the differences are calculated in money (eg: an Ambassador wants to carry out a procedure of 300 euros, and has accumulated 100 points. 100 of points means 200 euros. You will still have to pay 300 – 200 = 100 euros).

Art. 9 Any other situations that arise are calculated according to the algorithm: 100 eur spent by the recommended patient = 10 points for Ambassadors = 5 eur cash for Ambassadors OR procedures worth 20 eur for Ambassadors.

Art. 10 An Ambassador can schedule the same person only once and can receive the bonus for that person only once.

Art. 11 If the person recommended by the Ambassador also becomes a Legacy Ambassador and schedules another patient, the account of the first Ambassador is automatically loaded with 50 bonus points, regardless of the procedure chosen by the respective person.
